As always with the Panther films, it's the laughs which score high not the plot, despite an impressive (if somewhat out of place) opening heist. Peter Sellers has some career best moments here, particularly the genuis swimming pool moment and Herbert Lom provides always excellent support in an otherwise lackluster 'Panther' outing.
