Review of The Return (2006) by Claire T — 17 Dec 2012
A decent mystery/thriller with Sarah Michelle Gellar trying to unravel the mysterious nightmares she's having about a young woman who was murdered some 20 years ago. Her visions lead her to LaSalle, Texas where a mystery has been covered up for years.
She also has to deal with a psycho ex-boyfriend and a father she hasn't spoken to in years. A short but effective thriller with Gellar giving a solid performance. She is very convincing in this role.
There is not a lot of blood and gore but it's got a few scares in it. I enjoyed it.
