An ER surgeon moves into the kind of apartment only found in movies, but soon finds out that someone else is getting in and terrorising her (along with some kinky stuff while she is drugged!) This fails mainly by exposing its villain way too early, giving him the grain of a backstory but never explaining it, and making him so completely unsympathetic that we want him to die right from the start.
Quite what Oscar winner Swank is doing in this hokum is anyones guess.
