While this movie is fairly predictable (how could it not be with the insane amounts of foreshadowing), it still grabbed me. It tells the story of a female doctor in NYC. When she goes to find a new apartment, she ends up getting more than what she bargained for.
Hilary Swank has a strong female lead--per usual. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who I usually refer to as a romantic-comedy hottie, becomes a charismatic/psycho voyeur. Christopher Lee gives a strong supporting role as JDM's father.
Good for a thrill.
