Okay, nice lady moves into a NYC apartment, cheap but creepy and of course things go from bad to worse. This is pretty formulea stuff but they never really develop the baddy character to explain why he was such a demented pervert.
The typical showdown was followed by an abrupt and unsatisfying ending. Not great I am afraid.
