There is no denying that this is a bad movie, yet it is completely watchable. While Hackman shouldn't have even considered being apart of such a film, there are enough well casted characters in this movie that gives it a passing grade in my book.
..to tell you the truth, the great, if not cheesy, use of "Heroes" by Bowie probably did it for me.
