With a cast more interesting than the film's premise, it's pretty much a disappointment. It's predictable, contains an unnecessary romance sub-plot, and its short gags would probably be funnier as YouTube videos.
Still, it's not an entire loss with Rhys Ifans playing a Welsh soccer player with a betting problem.
