Review of The Replacement Killers (1998) by Matthew H — 22 Jun 2008
I love Chow Yun-Fat and he doesn't disappoint in his American debut. Mira Sorvino holds her own next to the Hong Kong star and looks smashing while doing so. Antoine Fuqua does his best John Woo but never gets too bogged down in paying homage to Yun-Fat's past films.
Not too much in the story department, but pretty darn entertaining.
