The Replacement Killers capitalizes on the popularity of Hong Kong action movies during the time. It in itself isn't a very good movie, but it definately has a lot of visual style. It also features Chow Yun Fat.
Unfortunately, these are only surface elements to the biggest influence on filmmaking since George Lucas.
