The Remains of the Day is an excellent film. It is about a butler who sacrificed body and soul to service in the years leading up to World War II. Anthony Hopkins and Emma Thompson give amazing performances.
The screenplay is well written. James Ivory did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and romance. The Remains of the Day is a must see.
