Above average creature feature, with a great premise from a great novel. But suffers from producers trying to get an Alien/Jaws like feel that is just insulting to the story and cast. Some pretty good scares when you get to the big scene, underlit to annoying levels.
Underrated (but not by a lot)but worth a look.
