Possibly the most underrated comedy of all time. Crackling script with extremely well-plotted character backstories. One of only 3 movies I have ever misjudged by the trailer (also Fight Club and Princess bride).
Not a Leary vehicle as much as the movie that made me finally make it a point to learn Kevin Spacey's name (the year before Usual Suspects came out).
