List of pluses and minuses:
- The experienced acting of Pacino and Farrell are not enough to prevent the movie from getting tedious.
- The slow pace in a thriller action film makes it difficult to keep watching and there's not enough action.
+ The film had potential and Pacino + Farrell team had potential, as if something cool's about to happen.
- but no such thing happens, it all remains self-repetitive and stale, superficial and simplistic.
Just a waste of talent and waste of the movie.
