Review of The Real Jurassic Park (1993) by Andrew B — 10 Dec 2015
Watching Jurassic Park, you know something is going to happen. You have an idea of what that might be, you are just not sure when or how it is going to play out, but you do know that when it does happen, it is not going to be a good situation for the characters in the movie.
The build up of suspense to the infamous scene when you first get a glimpse of the terrifying T Rex is absolutely incredible. The quiet suspense of the kids in the car watching the cup of water as every few seconds it vibrates from a tremble like something stomping on the ground, and before you know it the movie really takes off.
This is without a doubt one of the most fun and exciting films that has ever been made. In 1993 to see how real these dinosaurs looked was amazing. What is even more amazing is the fact that in 2015 THEY STILL LOOK REAL, Jurassic Park was light years ahead of its time, and honestly, still is.
