Review of The Real Jurassic Park (1993) by Bobby L — 03 Jan 2016

My wife got me the entire Jurassic Park collection, and we are going to marathon through them all. This movie (the first one) is an american classic. There are a lot of flaws, plot issues, continuity issues and the like - but they are easily overlooked considering everything else in this movie.

Watching it again after all this time, I find myself thinking that we should use more animatronics in movies today - the animatronics and effects in this movie didn't feel outdated at all, even after 23 years.

I remember being terrified of this movie as a kid, but still loving it. It's still just as good today.
