This movie is amazing! I read the book first many many many years ago....I sometimes chuckle because I asked for this book for Christmas when I was maybe 16? And my parents got it for me. I sometimes wonder if they had looked into the book first if they would have still gotten it for me.
It's a little provocative and erotic. It's a sad love story. It's got two parts... early life and later life. Anyway, It's a great film, I love it. I love the book much more :).
