Review of The Reader (2008) by Jess L — 06 Feb 2013
A beautiful movie despite the themes addressed within it. Strong performances from the entire cast. What grabbed and impressed me the most about this film was the fluid movement between the characters and the camera, reminiscent of an older style of film long ago abandoned.
The ending is somewhat predictable but the journey is one worth taking.
