Review of The Reader (2008) by Jocey D — 20 May 2014
I absolutely loved this movie. I came across it while trying to find a movie to watch on Netflix. When I saw that it was a movie that connected to the Holocaust and its events, I was immediately hooked.
I mean first, I love both actors to death, so there was no questioning whether I'd watch it or not. The movie itself was absolutely heart-wrenching, but beautiful. The relationship between both characters really touched me for some reason, and I cried continuously even after I had finished the movie.
The tears would not stop! I highly recommend this movie to everyone.
