Review of The Razor's Edge (1946) by Anna Margarethe O — 30 Nov 2010
Nov 2010 - I had read the book and seen the movie a very long time ago. Not much had remained with me sympathies of a very personal nature. Overall, I did not like the movie at all. It has all the mediocre characteristics of popular movies of hollywood in that period.
Very shallow and black and white characters, bad dialogs and overdramatic acting and storytelling. The one thing that I can like in the movie is Uncle Elliott who happens to be the only grey character of the movie and brings something to the movie with his wit.
