I would like to mention that the production design on this film was very well done. I also think John Cusack did a great job as Edgar Allen Poe. But I think this film would have been much better if they just made it a bio picture.
It would have been nice to know more about the inspector who was working with Poe to find the killer. I wish the killer was interesting and that there was some real suspense.
