The Raven perfectly establishes itself as one of the best suspenseful mysteries ever to be made in cinema. Luke Evans gives a fantastic performance as Inspector Fields and John Cusack plays a good role as Poe to although I will say that Evans does the best acting job.
This film perfectly blends a Victorian setting with action and edge of the seat suspense.
