Review of The Rambler (2013) by Ben C — 20 Dec 2016

This is a movie for a select audience, I know. So I was going to try and keep the stars low until I saw that others loved it - while others hated it. I loved it. It spoke to me on a number of levels and I believe the social commentary as The Rambler rambled along meeting many ne'rer do wells was quite on target.

It has great visuals, plenty of gore, and enough suspense to have kept me guessing. It does make you often question the meaning, but I felt the more I tried to find the meaning the quicker I lost sight of the experience.

So I just settled in with a bag of popcorn and let it happen. If you are a fan of existential trips through life/time/existence, you may just like this one! Oh, and the laughs are there, too :D.
