These lawyer flicks really make me wanna pursue a law degree but damn that's a lot of money and time that I don't have. Not nearly as good as Philadelphia but Matt Damon plays a notable role as a first-time lawyer who is still ethical. Was amazed to see that Francis Ford Coppola directed this. Probably why Matt Damon's narrations are so fu*king good.
"Every lawyer, at least once in every case, feels himself crossing a line that he doesn't really mean to cross... it just happens... And if you cross it enough times it disappears forever. And then you're nothin but another lawyer joke. Just another shark in the dirty water.".
