The Raid is an amazing movie. With its budget constraints (or perhaps thanks to them?), the team managed to craft a compact, yet at times a surprisingly complex, raw, action filled piece that will have you glued to the screen beginning to the end.
There's a few places where it slips up and it does require some serious suspension of disbelief at times, but it's a very fun package overall. Definitely recommended for any fan of action movies.
