A different movie from the original, which was better. That being said, this is still solid grade B entertainment with Uwais cementing himself as the international chop socky bad ass. Bigger budget, with crazy scenes of action, martial arts, ridiculous car chases, blown out body parts and overall over-the-top graphic comic book style violence.
Absurd and laughably violent.
