I actually really liked this movie. This is really the first John Wayne movie I got to enjoy properly. (It was so hard to enjoy The Cowboys in school.) It's also my first Maureen O'Hara movie and let me tell you, she's a great actress.
O'Hara and Wayne are a brilliant screen team. This movie was wonderfully Irish (even if stereotypical) and it was hilarious. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because there were a few questionable parts (.
