I remember watching a slew of post-apocalyptic movies in the 80s, and for me, this is the one that stood out the most. What would you do if you were the last person on Earth? It's been asked many times in movies, and this certainly wasn't the first.
However, this movie has always remained in the back of my mind as the template I compare all similar movies against. I have yet to find one to take its place!
