Review of The Quiet Earth (1985) by Ger H — 17 May 2011
Actually, I truly liked the story and the actors. The setting in New Zealand also gave an interesting dimension. But I always have a problem with 'physical' inconsistencies.
How could only all animal living beings be affected by this 'effect'? Where are the tidal waves because of all the disruptions? What physical effect can be associated with the moment of death?
I'm probably just a nerd.
