Review of The Quiet American (2002) by Andrew S — 09 Aug 2007
Brilliantly evocative and superbly played, each shot just aches with sumptious beauty coutesy of Christopher Doyle's outstanding camerawork. Career best performances from Caine ane Fraser. On a par with The Third Man in terms of a Greene adaptation, and the story couldn't be more relevant.
