Review of The Quiet American (2002) by Ian C — 01 Jun 2008
Should be called "The Stupid American", named for Brendan Fraser's looks; and his performing ability. Brendan and Michael Caine get Yellow Fever over a pubescent Asian girl in 1952 Saigon, and a big explosion later, Brendan is revealed to be more complex than anyone would think he could ever be.
But not a bad flick if in the mood for a slowy.
