The setting of incestous family is interestingly disturbing but plot doesn't quite to cash what it promises. Still very professionally done thriller of a deaf girl who's only comfort in the world is the life and music of Beethoven.
After she's moved to her godparents' place, she discovers that something is terribly wrong with her godfather and his daughter.
