Review of The Quick and the Dead (1995) by Ted B — 25 Mar 2008
One of the weakest westerns I've ever seen. Western do not need to be made more than what they really are, its a powerful and profound genre apart from any other kind of film. This film's style is rather comic and 'hollywoodized', where's the western sense of realism? You might have great actors, but you can get a misguided film that feels more like a graphic novel than a western.
Sam Raimi needs to stick with Spidey.
