An enjoyable documentary about a guy who made billions in time shares and his wife. They rise, they build America's biggest house, and then it crumbles. The Siegels come across as nice but also crass, materialistic, and vapid.
Neither one seems particularly bright. I've never had any respect for real estate developers or liked Florida, and this guy typifies both. Recommended.
