I didnâ??t think I was going to like this movie â?? but I absolutely loved it. Helen Mirren, as everyone knows, was absolutely wonderful in this roleâ??and she nailed Queen Elizabethâ??s speech, mannerisms and her walk.
Many scenes from this movie still haunt me â?? the Queen, alone, watching the stag in the clearing. I think the stag and its fate were symbolic of Princess Diana. I highly recommend this movie.
