Review of The Queen (2006) by Halb. — 20 Jan 2007
Mirren's performance is fantastic, and Sheen's is very good... and the supporting cast is great... But unless you're really a "Diana-phile", you might be bored. The viewer is transported back a decade to the events surrounding her death; a fascinating take on the monarchy, the media and the Blair government.
Worth seeing for Mirren's performance alone.
