Review of The Pyramid (2014) by Hugo G — 19 Dec 2014

My main problem with this movie was how generic and unoriginal it was. The characters were even bad and pointless, even the acting fell apart since the first scene. And the visual affects were terrible too, they were a big disappointment as to what I was at least expecting from a horror movie that actually had a nationwide -or close it-release. And although it had some effective scary moments, as a whole the movie didn't work that well. It felt as just another horror low budget movie was made to make a few bucks out of it, because it wasn't needed. As to why I decided to watch it, it was because there seem to be a lack of horror movies at the movie theater this year, and so this was the only option.
