The Purge: Election Year delivers exactly what it promises, brutal and bloody violence and kills, chills, and a movie that depicts how corrupt the American government can be in a bizarre yet effective way, but what did shock me about this third installment compared to the previous two Purge films was I actually cared for the characters stuck in the Purge, so this is a rare moment where the third film in the series ends up being the best!
