Fans of the franchise will not be disappointed as this film offers plenty in the field of sick and disturbing.
The subtle addition of humour along with all the action and gore makes for a film that keeps you onside until the very end.
The Purge offers such an interesting insight into what the human race could be capable of yet tends to stay very close to home and play the murder card. I do feel there could be added depth to the films as killing isn't the only crime people would commit and inturn this could lead to more involving sub plots.
That said, much like it's predecessors, this film offers up some easy entertainment!
