Don't know why this is getting mixed reviews. I thought it was great. A brilliant thriller. Pretty tense, better than the first IMO. It's sort of like what Aliens was to Alien. The same core experience, just on a larger, more epic level.
I really liked how the movie was able to tell all of these different stories, and make you care for all the main characters involved. If you liked the first movie, or even felt a bit "meh" about it then I'd still recommend that you watch this.
