Review of The Purge: Anarchy (2014) by Jin T — 19 Aug 2018

This was better than the first movie. Only because Frank Grillo kicked ass. This one takes place a year later and people are more Purge hungry than ever before. We get to see more of what's happening deep in Los Angeles area and it is insane.

What's more insane is that Frank Grillo's character is a good guy. Even though he is hell bent on going after the guy who took his son. You'll see him protecting these unarmed, weak people and you'll see a few surprises along the way.

I actually enjoyed this movie more than the first one and I wouldn't mind watching it again. This one is just one of those films you want turn your brain off and enjoy witnessing The Purge event.
