There is one reason and one reason only that I gave this a positive rating, and that reason is Frank Grillo. In this movie Frank Grillo played a very instituting and entertaining character in this movie.
Besides Grillo playing one of the best characters of the year, the movie was just OK. The movie was entertaining and fun to watch. One huge problem that this movie had was besides Grillo this movie had some of the worst acting and some of the most annoying characters I have seen in years.
I did enjoy the movie enough to give it a positive rating. I say if you like the first movie you might not like this movie, This movie is a straight up action movie that was completely better than the first movie.
