The only reason I would ever give this more than a 0 is the fact that the actors were decent and the idea was too. Super unrealistic and extremely predictable with ridiculously bloodthirsty characters.
. In fact there are only about 5 people in the movie who are not trying to get this "cleanse" by killing other random people.
