Can anyone tell me what the purpose of the purge is? Well nither can this movie. The Purge wants to be one of those movies that has a deeper meaning and lets you think how bad it would be if this really happend, but in the end it makes no sense story wise, its highly predictable, and the movie tells us what we already know, The Purge is bad.
