Review of The Puffy Chair (2006) by Trent J — 03 Feb 2010
Do the The Puffy Chair's idiosyncrasies get away from the movie? I don't think so. They only seem more pronounced because the majority of this piece is minimalist, stripped-down greatness from top to bottom.
This is yet another shining example of the benefits of video: it suggests an urgency and an uncanny resemblance to real life that film can't quite match.
