At last I got to see this. John Hillcoat, Nick Cave and Emily Watson together sounds good. Even though I've only seen some music videos directed by Hillcoat, I've been very impressed by them being so visually stunning.
The Proposition is that, too, despite the cruel storyline. Also the acting is great.
