Different, brutal, very bleak and worth the watch. It doesn't quite hit all the way to full points but it is a diamond, a rough one, but a diamond all the same. It's the bleakest film I've seen in a good while.
It has an atmosphere that is somewhat surreal, it's like it's covered in some bizarre haze. Definately worth the watch, but don't make the mistake of thinking it'll brighten your day.
