Well made western that doesn't hide the brutal actions of its characters. Nick Cave & John Hillcoat join forces to deliver a film that is full of interesting characters. guy pearce is brilliant in the lead showcasing a man conflicted between loyalty & he's conscience.
Graphic but never boring this is one of the best modern western films you will come across. Unconventional, unpredictable and well filmed.
