Review of The Prophecy II (1998) by Alex C — 10 Mar 2013
Having not seen the original, I did not find this difficult to follow. The story of good angels vs. renegade angels. Simple, then you throw in the Nephilim, the offspring of an angel and a mortal, and you have a complex story.
I wouldn't classify this as a horror movie though. It is more of a mild thriller. Walken is well cast, and Beals did a decent job. Brittany Murphy, one of my favorites, nailed her performance.
