If you want to see a more intellectual debate on the nature of the soul, pick something else. If you want to see a bunch of great actors chew up their scenes and Walken make Gabriel his own bitter masterpiece, then watch this film.
There is just enough debate on theology to string these scenes together and make for an enjoyable film.
