Pretty funny, and I don't think these two generally are that funny. Mostly they're just funny by association (Sean William Scott in a funny movie American Pie, John C. Reilly in Talladega Nights).
But the script is pretty clever. The way the narrative and lines are delivered by Scott's character is interesting and at certain moments, hilarious.
